Welcome, guide, and rebook travellers in one of the world's busiest airports.
You will staff check-in or transfer desks, keep queues kind, and solve disrupted itineraries with the airline's tools. Shifts rotate, including nights and weekends. The airline or ground handler is named after shortlisting.
What you bring
- High school diploma; a hospitality or tourism certificate helps
- 1 year facing customers in travel, hotels, airlines, or retail
- Clear English; another language is a strong plus
- Comfortable standing for a full shift and working nights
- No previous airport ID is required — it is issued after hiring
